Our 30-day guarantee
We stand behind every bottle of Proven Path. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll refund your order — no questions, no hoops, no lectures.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. We want you to actually try the product during that window. Most people feel the first signs of what methylfolate does between weeks two and four.
How to request a refund
Email shop@leviri.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We review every request personally and respond within one business day.
You don't need to ship the bottle back. We don't resell returned product, and we'd rather you not spend on postage. Keep the bottle, donate it, or dispose of it — your choice.
When you'll see your refund
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
What the 30-day guarantee covers
- Your first order of any Proven Path product.
- Full order value, including any shipping charges you paid.
- Single bottles, BOGO orders, and Buy 2 Get 2 Free orders alike.
Subscription refunds
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment. After that, subscription shipments follow this policy:
- You can pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account or by emailing us. There are no penalties, fees, or minimum commitments.
- Subscription shipments process automatically on the schedule you selected. To avoid a charge for an upcoming order, cancel or skip it at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date.
- If a subscription shipment ships before you've had a chance to cancel, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
Manage your subscription any time at your account page, or email shop@leviri.com and we'll handle it for you.
Damaged or defective product
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, email shop@leviri.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement free of charge — you don't need to return the original.
Wrong item received
If we sent you the wrong product, that's on us. Email us and we'll ship the correct item immediately and cover all shipping costs.
What's not covered
- Orders outside the 30-day window.
- Products purchased from third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly for their return policy).
- Promotional giveaways and free gifts.
