We ship every Proven Path order from our U.S.-based fulfillment center. Here's exactly what to expect after you place your order.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information the moment it ships.
Shipping rates (United States)
- Free standard shipping on all orders.
- Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Rates are calculated by weight and destination.
All subscription orders ship free, regardless of order total.
Delivery time
Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–6 business days after your order ships. Expedited shipping arrives in 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on destination and order weight. Carrier selection is made automatically to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
International shipping
At this time, Proven Path only ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses. We're working on expanding internationally — contact us if you'd like to be notified when we launch in your country.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with a tracking number sent to the email address on file. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after your shipment notification.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us and we'll investigate immediately.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, please:
- Check with household members and neighbors.
- Look for a carrier delivery notice or alternate drop-off location.
- Wait 48 hours — packages are occasionally marked delivered before they arrive.
If your package is still missing after 48 hours, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at shop@leviri.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once they've shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
